Refunds or Replacements Are Available If:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item was not delivered after the estimated delivery time

  • A refund or replacement is requested within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video of the issue (if applicable)


We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds If:

  • You changed your mind after the order was placed

  • The wrong shipping address was provided

  • There are shipping delays outside our control (customs, couriers, etc.)

Please check your order carefully before confirming payment.


🔁 Replacements

If your order qualifies, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.


Refund Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
